HR Business Partner (Lebanon)

About the role

Danone MENA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to be based in Lebanon. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, driving people initiatives that align with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and improve organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle, managing onboarding and off‑boarding to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support talent programs, including succession planning, leadership development and career pathing.
• Lead change‑management efforts and optimise organisational structures for efficiency.
• Oversee performance‑management processes and promote a high‑performance culture.
• Partner with compensation teams to maintain competitive pay and benefits.
• Analyse HR metrics and people data to inform strategy.
• Identify engagement trends, share feedback and drive initiatives to close gaps.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of HR experience in a proximity or business‑partner role, preferably in a multinational, matrix environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile, confident, empathetic and able to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
