Hotel Receptionist – Sahel Alma

About the role

Marbella Hotel is looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized Receptionist to join its hospitality team in Sahel Alma. You will be the face of the hotel, managing front‑desk operations and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily front‑desk activities, including guest arrivals and departures.
• Handle guest relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system.
• Work rotating shifts, covering mornings, afternoons, and night audit as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel front office or high‑volume customer service role (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong command of English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a frontline hospitality role.
• Full availability for rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
