Healthcare Project Manager

About the role

Guardia Systems is looking for a PMP-certified Healthcare Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in regional operations management, project and portfolio management, and business transformation across healthcare data, telecommunications, banking and IT sectors. The role covers multimillion-dollar operations and projects, with a focus on cost optimisation, process improvement and leading cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional business operations in line with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, budgeting, monitoring and delivery.
• Oversee multimillion-dollar project portfolios, technology implementations and systems integration.
• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, cost optimisation and profitability.
• Manage vendors, procurement, contracts and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
• Oversee operational support functions such as facilities, HR coordination, IT, HSE and business continuity.
• Implement governance frameworks, risk management and performance monitoring.
• Support digital transformation and ESG initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• PMP certification.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, operations or business transformation.
• Experience managing regional operations, technology projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, process optimisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic (native), English (fluent) and French (fair).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
