About the role
Swot Creative Hub's design team creates visual identities and experiences for hospitality, F&B, luxury and finance brands across Lebanon, Qatar and the GCC. We are seeking a leader who sets the standard for quality and guides the team from concept to final delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and review graphic designers, art directors and content creators.
- Own the creative quality of every deliverable before it reaches a client.
- Translate client briefs and moodboards into clear creative direction.
- Lead brand identity and campaign work from concept to final artwork.
- Integrate AI tools into the workflow for faster iteration while maintaining craft.
Required profile
- 6+ years in design with at least 3 years leading an agency team.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong brand identity and social or campaign work.
Required skills
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway or similar.
