Graphic & Motion Designer (Beirut)

About the role

The Graphic & Motion Designer will work from our Beirut office, creating high‑quality visual designs, motion graphics, and AI‑enhanced video content for a range of clients. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will shape platform‑native creative for Snapchat, Pinterest, and rich‑media digital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, layout and execution of digital advertising projects across awareness, consideration and conversion funnels.
• Develop platform‑native creatives for Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads and rich‑media formats.
• Produce vertical, immersive, mobile‑first video content optimized for engagement and performance.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools (e.g., Higgsfield, generative AI workflows) for rapid prototyping, motion development and scalable asset creation.
• Integrate AI into storyboarding, animation, background generation, editing and creative experimentation.
• Design interactive and rich‑media experiences, including AR‑led storytelling units.
• Edit video footage, add effects, sound design, music and colour grading.
• Create and implement typography systems, motion graphics and animation frameworks.
• Prepare client presentations and creative reviews, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and platform specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital creative production, preferably agency or in‑house.
• Strong understanding of Snapchat and Pinterest ad formats and platform‑native creative behaviours.
• Experience with AI‑assisted video and motion production tools.
