Graphic Designer – Visual Assets for Social & OOH

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce static and motion‑ready visual assets for social media, out‑of‑home (OOH) / digital‑out‑of‑home (DOOH) and digital campaigns. The role will work closely with Art Directors and cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and motion‑ready visual assets for social media, OOH/DOOH and digital campaigns.
• Develop key visuals and creative concepts independently from Art Direction briefs.
• Adapt and localise creative assets across formats and markets, including English and Arabic.
• Create presentation decks, case studies and client‑facing materials.
• Collaborate with 3D, motion and copy teams to ensure visual consistency across integrated campaigns.
• Support Art Directors in concept development for pitches and live campaigns.
• Maintain brand guidelines and design systems across projects.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably agency‑based.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign, social and OOH design work.
• Based in or able to work from Beirut, Lebanon.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Figma proficiency.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design workflows or willingness to adopt AI tools.
• Understanding of platform‑specific formats for social, OOH/DOOH and digital media.
