Frontend Developer

About the role

The Frontend Developer will design and develop responsive web application interfaces using React and TypeScript, integrating with REST APIs, and building efficient, accessible workflows for examination-related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive UI components with React and TypeScript.
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs from an ASP.NET Core backend.
• Build interfaces for exam, question management, marker allocation, and reviewer workflows.
• Create dashboards, reports, tables, filters, and progress indicators.
• Implement role‑based UI behavior for various user types.
• Handle API errors, loading states, and network interruptions gracefully.
• Ensure performance with large datasets and high‑resolution images.
• Write automated frontend tests and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Practical experience with React, including hooks and component architecture.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and building complex forms.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling authentication/authorization.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development.
