About the role

PwC's people in deals provide strategic advice and support to clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximise value. This Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate role focuses on advising clients on their M&A and divestiture deals through business diligence services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial information focused on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key deal issues.
• Build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others.
• Anticipate the needs of teams and clients and deliver quality work.
• Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate ideas and solve problems, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Ability to respond to the diverse perspectives, needs and feelings of others.
• Use of critical thinking to break down complex concepts and understanding of the broader project objectives and business context.
• Professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
