Financial Consultant

About the role

The Financial Consultant will act as a high‑level advisor to SD Group’s clients, bringing a CFO‑level perspective to complex business challenges across multiple industries. The role focuses on delivering strategic financial insights, optimizing performance, and supporting executive decision‑making through advanced analysis and advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex financial advisory engagements across multiple industries, providing CFO‑level guidance on strategy, growth and transformation.
• Develop and review advanced financial models, business plans, forecasts, feasibility studies, valuations and investment analyses.
• Assess business performance, identify inefficiencies and recommend cost‑optimization, pricing and margin‑enhancement strategies.
• Manage client interactions, present insights, and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate financial risks, advise on capital structure, funding options and governance frameworks.
• Support finance transformation projects, including ERP implementation and improvement of financial systems and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or Master’s in Financial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional finance experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA or CMA are a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic advice to senior executives in diverse industries.
