Financial Analysis Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analysis Associate to compile, review and analyse financial data, supporting the company’s profitability initiatives. The role requires solid theoretical and practical knowledge of financial and analytical techniques and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Verify collection and maintenance of data related to financial and accounting functions to ensure accurate records.
• Compile, reconcile and analyse financial information to produce reports for decision‑making.
• Identify, investigate and correct routine errors and anomalies in input data.
• Prepare and update financial projections and assist in budget preparation.
• Support financial analysis of profitability, liquidity, sales performance and working‑capital needs.
• Assist in reviewing, maintaining and analysing yearly financial statements, brand pricing and margins.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar financial analysis role.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
