Financial Advisor – Build Your Own Client Portfolio

About the role

Pillar Agency, a licensed MetLife Partner in Lebanon, is looking for motivated, relationship‑oriented professionals to join its financial advisory team. As a Financial Advisor you will help individuals, families and professionals define their financial goals and implement tailored solutions that promote long‑term security and wealth accumulation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth financial consultations to understand client needs and objectives.
• Design and present customized financial plans covering income protection, retirement, investments, insurance, education and wealth accumulation.
• Build and manage a personal portfolio of clients, nurturing long‑term relationships.
• Provide ongoing reviews and support to keep clients on track toward their goals.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics and client service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, client‑focused mindset with a passion for relationship building.
• Experience in finance, banking, insurance, sales, consulting or customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
