About the role
The Filling Line Operator will oversee filling line activities, operate and set up production machinery, and ensure production targets are met on time while maintaining quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate filling line activities with the supervisor to meet the production plan.
- Implement the production schedule, operate machines at optimum speed, and follow quality standards.
- Control manufacturing processes to comply with ISO quality requirements.
- Continuously improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) for each production cycle.
- Monitor output to identify machine‑related non‑conformities.
- Complete daily production reports with accurate data.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Group Operation Manager.
