About the role
Join our team as an F&B Associate and help deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and efficient food and beverage service. You will take orders, serve meals, and maintain a clean dining environment while collaborating with kitchen and service staff.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
- Take customer orders, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Serve meals and drinks according to presentation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, set up tables, and clear dishes.
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
