Fashion Illustrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Fashion Illustrator who blends traditional hand‑drawing and painting techniques with digital media to create visually captivating illustrations for our couture clients. The role involves researching trends, sketching designs, and collaborating closely with the Creative Director and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research fashion trends to inspire client‑specific designs.
• Create hand‑drawn and digital sketches of clothing, accessories, and footwear using CAD software.
• Design custom dresses, accessories, and footwear, including embroidery samples with color and material selection.
• Edit and amend dress designs based on feedback from the Couture sales department.
• Develop reference material and embroidery placements for Haute Couture garments.
• Support collection‑wide embroidery artwork projects as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Creative Director or Head of Studio.

Required profile

• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
• 3–5 years of relevant illustration experience.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, proportions, color theory, and garment construction.
• Creative, innovative, and capable of visual storytelling.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with CAD illustration software.
