Facility Manager – Multi‑Site Operations

About the role

The Facility Manager will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of multiple sites within an assigned zone, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with contracts and regulations, and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all sites operate at peak efficiency by monitoring system performance, identifying issues early, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs and local regulations, and conduct regular site inspections with detailed technical reporting.
• Develop and optimise preventive maintenance plans, manage work orders via a CAFM system, and guarantee 24/7 operational readiness.
• Coordinate subcontractors, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and lead emergency response procedures.
• Maintain regular client meetings, propose value‑added services, and deliver performance reports with KPIs and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• Fluent French and at least 7 years of experience in facility or site management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder coordination and client relationship management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites, priorities and teams simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAFM systems for work‑order tracking and data management.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
