Facilities Manager

About the role

Keep Property is looking for a qualified and dynamic Facility Manager to join its growing team in Lebanon. The role oversees daily facility management across assigned properties, covering both hard services (MEP operations and maintenance) and soft services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management and pest control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management operations across assigned properties
• Manage all hard and soft services to ensure high operational standards
• Prepare annual operating and maintenance budgets and monitor expenses to optimise operational costs
• Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance implementation
• Supervise technical teams and service providers
• Monitor building systems performance and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with clients, committees, consultants and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (MEP)
• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in facility/property management
• Experience managing both hard services (MEP O&M) and soft services
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, preventive maintenance and client relations

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and water systems
• Firefighting and fire alarm systems
• Generators and building infrastructure
• Proficiency in reporting and operational follow-up
