Executive - Programmatic

About the role

Omnicom Media Group MENA's core unit, which supports partner agencies across Europe and the GCC, is looking for an Executive - Programmatic. The role supports the execution, monitoring, optimisation and reporting of programmatic campaigns across a portfolio of clients, with a focus on hands-on campaign management and a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, activate, monitor and optimise programmatic campaigns across OLV, CTV, Audio and Display.
• Manage day-to-day campaign activity on platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD) and Amazon.
• Monitor campaign performance and make optimisations with guidance from senior team members.
• Support campaign planning, targeting, tracking and reporting so campaigns deliver accurately and effectively.
• Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot delivery or performance issues.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare insights and recommendations for performance reporting.
• Work with planning, performance and wider internal teams to align campaigns with client objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience or strong interest in programmatic media, digital advertising or performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and digital media channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in campaign performance and optimisation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
