About the role
As a member of EY’s Core Business Services team in Beirut, you will provide high‑level administrative support to a small group of Partners and Executives. The role involves managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, expense reporting and coordinating internal and client events, enabling the business to operate efficiently across the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and maintain comprehensive diaries, travel itineraries and accommodation for Partners and Executives.
- Screen emails, phone calls and messages, taking appropriate actions or forwarding to relevant team members.
- Prepare weekly expense claims, timesheets and other financial documentation.
- Draft, edit and format presentations, reports, agendas and other business documents.
- Coordinate client events and internal meetings across the MENA region.
Required profile
- 6‑8 years of prior Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Experience in a professional services or global consulting firm is highly regarded.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
