Event and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

KristiesLab is seeking an Event and Logistics Coordinator to join its on‑site team in Adma. You will be responsible for turning creative concepts into seamless, high‑impact events by managing every logistical detail from venue sourcing to on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate event logistics from concept to completion, including venue selection, supplier management, and scheduling.
• Maintain timelines, checklists, and inventory of event materials, tracking shipments and ensuring equipment is set up correctly.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients to communicate requirements and updates.
• Handle guest and VIP needs, resolve logistical issues before and during events, and ensure a smooth attendee experience.
• Monitor event budgets, prepare post‑event reports, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities for timeline, budget, and resource management.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Customer‑service orientation to support guests and address inquiries.
• Experience in inventory and basic supply‑chain management.
• Relevant experience in event coordination, operations, or logistics.
• Organizational detail, ability to juggle multiple projects, and flexibility for event‑driven hours.
• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office and project management tools.
• Experience with event management software (a plus).
