Estimator – Take Offs (Wood Trimming) – Part‑Time

About the role

As an Estimator specializing in take‑offs for wood‑trimming projects, you will support U.S. construction clients by delivering accurate material and labor estimates. This part‑time, remote position allows you to work independently while contributing to the planning and execution of diverse construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed take‑offs from construction plans for trims, frames, windows, doors, and moldings.
• Estimate material quantities and labor hours required for each job.
• Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Produce precise project quotes and full bid proposals for clients.
• Manage multiple estimating tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating construction take‑offs and estimates from plans.
• Ability to read and quantify materials from blueprints for framing, windows, doors, trim, millwork, and molding.
• Strong English proficiency (CEFR C1) for written estimates and professional communication.
• Experience supporting U.S.–based construction projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
