ERP & Financial Reporting Specialist

About the role

The ERP & Financial Reporting Specialist ensures the integrity, reliability, and efficiency of financial and operational information by validating, reconciling, and analyzing data across ERP, operational, and financial systems. The role also supports system enhancements, controls, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Execute ERP reporting activities, system enhancements, testing, and maintain data mapping structures.
• Conduct regular reconciliations between operational and financial systems, investigate discrepancies, and document results.
• Monitor key controls within ERP and related systems, perform periodic reviews, and respond to audit requests.
• Prepare recurring management reports, KPI dashboards, and data summaries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Liaise with Accounting, IT, and Operations teams to resolve ERP, data, and reporting issues and participate in ERP enhancement projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 7‑9 years of experience in financial reporting, financial systems, controls, data analysis or ERP, preferably in multi‑office or multi‑country environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP platforms and financial/operational systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
