Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to act as the primary liaison between our client and the selected ERP provider. This temporary, project‑based consultancy will focus on coordinating and delivering an enterprise systems implementation in Tripoli, Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main coordination point between the client and the ERP provider.
• Gather, consolidate, and communicate business requirements to the implementation team.
• Coordinate implementation activities across departments and business units.
• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and user‑feedback activities.
• Oversee data preparation, validation, and migration with internal teams.
• Support user acceptance testing and document issues for resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, status reports, and implementation records.
• Escalate risks, delays, and unresolved matters to management.
• Assist with user readiness, training coordination, and handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERP implementation, project coordination, or business systems deployment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise processes across finance, procurement, inventory, sales, operations, HR, and reporting.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into clear implementation actions.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
