Electrical BIM Modeler

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM professional with a strong electrical background to join SYDEN in Lebanon. The role will focus on developing and coordinating electrical BIM models within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead BIM development and coordination for electrical engineering projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless model integration.
• Set up and refine BIM workflows, templates, and standards for electrical design.
• Train and guide team members in best practices and technical excellence.
• Address design challenges through innovative and efficient solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of BIM experience focusing on electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems applied to various building types.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
• Experience with BIM tools and workflows for electrical design.
