Director of Project Delivery – Large‑Scale Mixed‑Use Developments

About the role

The leading international real‑estate developer seeks a Director of Project Delivery to oversee large‑scale mixed‑use developments in Morocco. You will be responsible for guiding projects from construction through handover, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, quality and safety targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery and execution of multiple large‑scale development projects.
• Oversee planning, construction, testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Manage timelines, budgets, quality, risks and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with design, development, commercial, contracts, project controls and external consultants.
• Drive value‑engineering initiatives and ensure constructability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Review project costs, contractor payment certifications and reporting for senior management.
• Provide technical support during land acquisition and due‑diligence activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10‑12+ years of experience in project delivery within a developer, contractor or consultancy environment.
• Minimum 8 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale residential, mixed‑use, hospitality or master‑plan developments.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Morocco.
