Designer Intern – Social Media Design

About the role

ITP Live is seeking a creative Designer Intern to join its social media team. This unpaid position offers hands‑on experience in graphic design, digital creativity, and visual storytelling within a fast‑paced media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, stories, thumbnails, and other digital assets.
• Adapt creative content into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms.
• Support the creation of YouTube thumbnails and channel visuals.
• Develop simple design templates for recurring content series.
• Organise and maintain design files and approved creative assets.
• Collaborate with the social media team to deliver daily design requirements.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Required profile

• A passion for graphic design, digital media, and visual storytelling.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and receive feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Canva (beneficial).
