Data Entry & Marketing Production Assistant (Part-time)

About the role

We are seeking an organized and reliable individual to support our real‑estate operations with daily data entry and marketing production tasks. This part‑time, behind‑the‑scenes role involves handling property information, preparing materials for designers, and keeping our online listings up to date. No client interaction or sales pressure is required.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organize property data (photos, videos, floor plans, documents) from agents.
• Rename files according to the company system and maintain Google Drive folders.
• Prepare clear briefs and deliver materials to the graphic designer.
• Upload property listings to the internal system and prepare content for online marketing platforms.
• Keep all property folders organized and up to date.
• Make calls to update pricing and availability when needed.
• Assist in ensuring marketing materials are delivered on time.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and well‑organized.
• Comfortable using computers and file‑management tools.
• Reliable and able to work without constant supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn real‑estate processes; no prior experience required.
