Customer Success Manager / After-Sales Specialist

About the role

Azkatech, an Odoo Gold partner focused on Odoo implementations, is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Success and After-Sales Specialist. This is an on-site position combining relationship building and strategic customer success with technical support and problem solving. You will be the main point of contact for clients after implementation, helping them get maximum value from their ERP/B2B solution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor aligned to their business goals.
• Run regular check-ins and health checks to monitor adoption and engagement, spotting issues early.
• Provide first-line technical support: troubleshoot problems, handle bug reports, error messages and system issues.
• Manage a queue of support tickets efficiently with the technical support team.
• Take part in periodic business reviews covering performance, goals and possible expansions.
• Handle complaints professionally and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell new features or services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in after-sales, customer success or account management in B2B software.
• Experience with ERP systems; past support or implementation roles are a plus; Odoo experience is a big plus.
• Demonstrated success in sales, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of B2B market dynamics and research methods, and ability to build client relationships.
