Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Specialist to be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback across multiple channels. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other channels, providing accurate product and policy information.
• Handle complaints professionally, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex matters to appropriate departments and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Gather customer feedback, monitor satisfaction, and support initiatives to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, sales, and other teams to address customer needs and relay insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or support.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and proactive approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
