Customer Service & Recruitment Associate (Arabic & English Speaker)

About the role

As a Customer Service & Recruitment Associate you will be the first point of contact for Capital Placement’s corporate clients and employers across the region. Working in both Arabic and English, you will support clients throughout the entire talent‑program journey, from initial consultation to program completion, while coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring smooth delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients via phone, email and chat in Arabic and English.
• Conduct consultations to understand hiring goals and recommend suitable program structures.
• Support day‑to‑day delivery of recruitment and talent programs across multiple regions.
• Manage a high volume of client accounts, tracking progress across various program stages.
• Conduct interviews and briefings using Rena, the in‑house AI interviewer.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless onboarding, execution and completion of programs.
• Maintain accurate records in all systems, trackers and databases.
• Analyse client and program data, surface insights and share recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance client experience and streamline internal workflows.
• Take ownership of issues, resolving them with sound judgment and creative problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Available full‑time; not compatible with studies, another job or freelance work.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable managing corporate client relationships and working with employer stakeholders.
• Strong communicator with a client‑first mindset.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple programs simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of outcomes.
• Curious about AI and automation, eager to apply them daily.
• Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, client success or program coordination is a plus.
• Having lived or studied abroad is a bonus.
