CRM Techno-Functional Consultant (Pre‑Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced CRM Techno‑Functional Consultant to join our growing team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on pre‑sales activities, working closely with clients, sales teams, and solution architects to design, demonstrate, and position Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales engagements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions.
• Gather and analyse customer business requirements and translate them into effective CRM designs.
• Conduct discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concept sessions.
• Prepare technical and functional proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop winning solution strategies.
• Design end‑to‑end CRM solutions aligned with customer objectives and Microsoft best practices.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires, providing effort estimations and implementation recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Dynamics 365 capabilities and industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM configuration, customization, integrations, and solution design.
• Proven techno‑functional consulting experience with a focus on pre‑sales.
