Creator Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Creator Growth Manager to recruit, onboard, and nurture a portfolio of TikTok LIVE creators. In this role you will help creators enhance their live performance, strengthen their personal brand, and build sustainable influencer careers on TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high‑potential TikTok LIVE creators and guide them through onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong, trust‑based relationships.
• Coach creators on live‑stream strategy, audience engagement, content planning, and monetization.
• Analyze performance data, set growth targets, and develop actionable plans.
• Keep creators updated on new TikTok features, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, competitions, and creator initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and performance reports for each creator.

Required profile

• Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, recruitment, sales, or account management.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, especially TikTok LIVE and its creator ecosystem.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
