Creative Manager

About the role

Neon Consultancy is seeking a full‑time Creative Manager to lead the agency’s creative direction for branding and marketing campaigns. Based in Beirut, you will act as the creative face of the agency, building strong client relationships and ensuring high‑quality output across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 graphic designers, fostering high performance and continuous development.
• Present creative concepts and directions confidently to clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Oversee creative output for multiple clients, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
• Review and approve all design work before client submission.
• Translate client briefs into clear creative direction and actionable design outputs.
• Collaborate with account managers and strategists to align creative work with business objectives.
• Introduce new ideas, trends, and formats across content, campaigns, and branding.
• Manage team workload, timelines, and priorities for efficient delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team capabilities.
• Support the creation of moodboards, visual directions, and creative strategies for pitches and campaigns.
• Identify team gaps and assist with hiring and onboarding of new designers when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑level design and creative direction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
