Creative Lead – Head of Creative Studio

About the role

The Creative Lead heads the university’s Creative Studio, steering visual direction, brand consistency, and the overall design workflow. This senior position ensures that all visual outputs align with institutional objectives and meet professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define visual direction for campaigns, publications, and institutional assets, translating briefs into coherent visual approaches.
• Guide concept development for priority institutional campaigns and initiatives.
• Supervise graphic designers, illustrators, animators, and content creators, allocating work based on priority, complexity, and capability.
• Review and validate design, illustration, animation, and multimedia outputs before release.
• Maintain and evolve the university’s visual identity, templates, and creative quality benchmarks across all formats and channels.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional design experience, including senior‑level creative responsibility.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership across multiple formats and channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent professional tools.
• Excellent planning, feedback, and team supervision skills.
• Good command of Arabic, English, and French.
