Couture Pattern Designer – Luxury Fashion

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Couture Pattern Designer to translate haute‑couture concepts into precise, production‑ready patterns for our luxury clientele in Beirut. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and spans a three‑year fixed‑term contract, working closely with designers, tailors and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, adjust and grade patterns to meet haute‑couture standards.
• Perform fittings and refine designs based on fabric behavior and client feedback.
• Document pattern specifications and ensure consistency across all garments.
• Support collection development and provide technical input during the design process.
• Research fashion trends, materials and maintain an efficient studio workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience in couture pattern making or high‑end fashion.
• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making or a related field preferred.
• Experience with couture, bridal, evening wear or luxury fashion houses is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication and ability to meet deadlines.
