Control Room Technician

About the role

The Control Room Technician monitors and operates critical building systems such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) and SCADA, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operation.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor BMS, FACP and other infrastructure for alarms, irregularities and operational data.
• Report and escalate emergencies or technical issues related to fire, medium‑voltage, elevators, plumbing, HVAC and other systems.
• Maintain accurate logs, generate statistical reports and keep equipment history up to date.
• Implement energy‑saving measures via the BMS and coordinate documentation with the Team Leader.
• Support emergency response, ensure compliance with standards and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• High alertness to technical emergencies and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with internal departments, maintenance teams and external responders.
• Commitment to follow authority matrix, code of conduct and HR policies.

Required skills

• Building Management Systems (BMS) operation.
• Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) monitoring.
• SCADA system familiarity.
• Medium‑Voltage (MV) system knowledge.
