Contracts Manager - Engineering & Construction

About the role

Kfoury Engineering & Contracting is hiring a qualified and experienced Contracts Manager in Lebanon. The role suits a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in engineering and construction contracts, who can manage contractual matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage construction contracts, subcontract agreements and other contractual documents.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, applicable regulations and company policies.
• Monitor contract execution, variations, claims, extensions of time and potential contractual risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and legal advisors.
• Review tender documents, contractual terms and project specifications.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Maintain accurate contract records and proper documentation throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law or a related field.
• At least 15 years of proven experience in contract management within the engineering and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims management and contractual negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
