Construction Foreman – Various Trades (Nigeria)

About the role

We are seeking experienced construction foremen to lead our building projects across Nigeria. The role covers a wide range of trades, from structural concrete to architectural finishing, ensuring high‑quality delivery on time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and construction workers.
• Organise manpower, materials and equipment for each trade.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and site instructions.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project management teams.
• Monitor productivity, quality of workmanship and minimise material wastage.
• Maintain proper sequencing between structural, masonry and finishing works.
• Enforce site safety requirements and PPE compliance.
• Report daily progress, manpower utilisation and any site issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Previous foreman experience in the specific trade (e.g., concrete, formwork, steel fixing, etc.).
• Strong practical knowledge of building construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proven leadership and manpower‑management skills.
• Experience on major building projects is preferred.
