Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Compliance Specialist supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance program. Working across multiple departments and affiliates, the role raises awareness, conducts training, and helps mitigate compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain internal controls aligned with the compliance program.
• Deliver compliance awareness communications and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Assist in enhancing export control, code of conduct, and anti‑corruption components.
• Draft, audit, and review company policies, procedures, and practices, reporting potential weaknesses.
• Perform vendor audits and other assigned audit activities.
• Support onboarding processes for third‑party partners and monitor implementation.
• Screen customers using third‑party tools and address related queries.
• Investigate compliance incidents and develop action plans.
• Coordinate regularly with various departments on compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant compliance or audit experience.
