Communication Manager

About the role

We are expanding our client servicing department and seeking a dedicated Communication Manager to act as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients. You will maintain brand communications, develop strategic plans, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all brand communication matters.
• Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records, project plans, and contract updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic communication plans across advertising, social media, and other channels.
• Monitor KPIs across marketing channels and ensure targets are met.
• Develop PR and external communication strategies in partnership with business leads.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities and coordinate with the sales team.
• Drive social media work for the client portfolio and manage BTL marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Professional experience in an advertising or digital agency.
• Background in a customer‑service role with the ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
• Experience managing social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.
