Coding Trainer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Coding Trainer to deliver fun, structured online coding sessions for children aged 6‑12. You will connect coding concepts to real‑world careers through immersive, game‑based learning, all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging 1:1 coding lessons using CodeMind Academy’s curriculum.
• Adapt lesson plans to each student’s skill level and learning pace.
• Provide brief feedback after each session to support student progress.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve lesson quality.

Required profile

• At least second‑year study in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong coding abilities in any programming language.
• Fluent English with clear communication skills.
• Organized, creative, patient, and comfortable working with kids.
• Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Minecraft Education Edition is a plus.
