Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen (Full‑time)

About the role

Food & Design Catering is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join its cold‑kitchen team. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Baabda or Beirut and supports both restaurant service and large‑scale events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes in line with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Organise mise en place and ensure accurate portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workstation, adhering to food‑safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu execution and special events.

Required profile

• Proven culinary experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar station‑based kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Background in high‑volume catering, banqueting, or hotel kitchens.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
