Channel Manager

About the role

The Channel Manager will develop and execute the sales strategy for our IT services and products, recruit and manage partners, and drive market share growth in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the channel strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Lead partner relations, recruit new partners, and maintain existing channel relationships.
• Build and maintain a channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics.
• Conduct market research and specify requirements for current and future services.
• Execute the full sales cycle from quotation to collection and track credit performance.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the service line.
• Provide high‑level support to channel partners and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Promote services and oversee targeted marketing programs.
• Utilize Salesforce.com CRM for lead and opportunity management.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in IT sales or channel sales.
• Proven experience in partner recruitment, onboarding and channel development in Lebanon.
• Technical background with strong sales/channel expertise.
• Experience across IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, cloud and AI solutions.
• Ability to manage a broad IT portfolio and multiple technology vendors.
