Career Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Career Manager to join our remote team. In this position you will research diverse professional fields, guide clients through their career journeys, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Research various professional fields and create informative briefs for internal use.
• Conduct in‑depth onboarding sessions to understand clients' backgrounds.
• Identify suitable job titles and roles based on experience and goals.
• Strategize CV structure and content to align with target positions.
• Design and deliver interview training programs tailored to each client.
• Interview industry recruiters to gather insights on specific roles.
• Plan daily job‑application schedules across multiple platforms.
• Analyze application statuses and develop new strategies to improve outcomes.
• Address client objections and turn concerns into positive results.
• Hold meetings with clients facing challenges to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships for long‑term engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or a career‑related role.
• Expertise in career counseling and coaching.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Exceptional customer service and client‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with seamless switching between both languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly extroverted with strong interpersonal skills.
• Quick thinker, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to rapidly changing tasks.
