Call Center Specialist – Multilingual (English/Arabic/French)

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Call Center Specialist to join our on‑site team in Beirut. The role is phone‑based and requires a confident, articulate, and highly organized individual who can handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming leads, verify intent, and qualify prospects for our services.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls in English, Arabic, and French.
- Clearly explain service offerings and respond to client questions over the phone.
- Log all call interactions and lead data accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely resolution and hand over qualified cases to internal teams.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Arabic, and French.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling high‑volume call traffic.
- Ability to work on‑site in Beirut.
