Call Center Specialist – Multilingual (English/Arabic/French)

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Call Center Specialist to join our on‑site team in Beirut. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and ensuring only serious, verified clients progress through our sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming leads, verify intent and qualify prospects for our services.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls in English, Arabic and French.
- Clearly explain service offerings and respond to client inquiries over the phone.
- Log all call interactions and lead data accurately in the internal system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to hand over qualified cases.
Required profile
- Confident, articulate and highly organised.
- Comfortable handling high‑volume calls.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify client information.
Required skills
- Accurate data entry in call management system.
