About the role

Securite Assurance is seeking a motivated Call Center Operator to join its customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls, assisting with claims, and providing roadside and medical assistance guidance.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in line with company service standards.
  • Coordinate insurance claims and roadside assistance requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Conduct follow‑up and feedback calls, document findings and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear, professional verbal and written communication with clients, service providers and partners.
  • Review medical and travel assistance cases, applying policy coverage rules, medical necessity criteria and ICD codes.

Required profile

  • TS, LT or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call‑center operations, medical assistance, insurance or a similar environment.
