Business Solutions Presales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Presales Specialist who will drive growth by partnering with resellers to promote and sell our Dynamics 365 solutions. The role bridges the sales and technical teams, enabling partners to successfully position, sell, and implement our offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and activate new reseller partners.
• Design and deliver partner enablement programs, training sessions and workshops.
• Provide presales support including licensing guidance, product demonstrations, proposals, BOQs and responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Create solution bundles, technical playbooks and training materials for the solution catalogue.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with partners and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor partner performance, pipeline and sales results to help achieve revenue and customer targets.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and recommend suitable partners for programs.
• Keep internal teams informed of product, licensing, pricing and promotion updates.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering training and educational content to partners.
• Ability to understand partner needs and tailor enablement programs.
• Project‑management capability to plan and execute initiatives.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, licensing and pricing.
