Business Data Specialist

About the role

The Business Data Specialist will lead the collection, transformation, visualization, and analysis of data to generate actionable insights for the organization. Working closely with business units, you will enhance existing BI solutions and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Automate recurring reports and data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support business teams with ad‑hoc analysis, performance tracking, and monthly business review reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong business acumen with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Power BI dashboard development.
• Advanced Excel skills, especially Pivot Tables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
