Business Central Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Central Consultant to join our implementation team. You will work closely with clients to understand their processes, configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and ensure a successful go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Business Central implementation projects from kickoff to production.
• Meet with customers to analyse business processes and gather functional requirements.
• Document requirements, create Business Requirement Documents, meeting minutes and functional specifications.
• Configure and set up Business Central according to client needs.
• Prepare detailed functional documents for the technical team to support customisations.
• Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Deliver end‑user training and produce user documentation.
• Provide functional support during go‑live and assist with issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong ability to produce clear, structured functional documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer‑facing skills.
