About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position supports Premium Food Service Equipment S.A.L. in Zouk Mosbeh by creating technical drawings and handling administrative coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Design and prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings (2D required, 3D a plus).
- Manage daily email communication and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including creating and updating offers, reports, and project documents using Microsoft Office.
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth project documentation flow.
Required profile
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory, 3D advantageous).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills for client and colleague interaction.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage administrative duties efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field preferred.
